We left Toscana Valley piled into the back of a pickup truck and wound our way through the national park. It was a great day of waterfalls, snakes, deer, traditional food and monkey’s.

This guy was waiting for us to finish lunch and then was in the room eating until the cooks scared him away to clean up.

This lady had an entourage with her and we saw her in a few spots posing for pictures… the shoes were a little tall for “hiking” from the car to the shoot locations. I like how Eva is completely oblivious to what they are doing.

Our monkeys…

Our driver and guide, she could have left us for dead in the forest but she didn’t. Her family used to live in the National Park but had to move when it was created.

Ethan showing off his “tick socks” which we all wore to keep our legs tick free.

She is showing us a bee hive in the tree.

A deadly poisonous snake.

Lunch the local way!
Love the pics and still enjoy reading about your family adventures. Hope the Christmas season is good for you all. Dave
