While the power failure got resolved we headed to Hotel Bougainvillea for lunch with Steve.  This hotel was founded by a couple of green thumbs who started planting flowers and trees and just could not stop themselves – a common problem for expats in Costa Rica.  The grounds were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our two visits.

We came to to Costa Rica because we knew a few people who love it here (thanks Carna and Peter)
